CyberSecure: protection tailored to the children's network
Suitable UniFi gateways can apply content filters to selected networks. We configure the children's network to block known pornographic, violent or other inappropriate sites according to agreed filter categories and available features. Targeted exceptions for useful learning resources remain possible.
Where needed, we supplement basic features with a paid CyberSecure subscription. We check advanced categories, hardware requirements and the available software version before quoting. SafeSearch and time-based rules can complement the design.
How Ubiquiti content filtering works ↗No filter detects all content. Encrypted apps, VPNs and mobile data can limit or bypass safeguards. Network filters do not automatically apply outside the home's network. We therefore combine technology with clear rules, device management and guidance.

Operations include regular checks: do filters suit the age groups and usage? Are staff accounts up to date? Does recovery work? This keeps protection understandable and manageable in daily work.

Can pornographic and violent websites be blocked?
Known domains and suitable categories can be filtered depending on the gateway, software and licence. We test the rules with you. This does not reliably detect every individual item within an allowed platform.
Is CyberSecure included everywhere already?
UniFi provides basic features; advanced protection may require an additional subscription and suitable hardware. We check your installation and clearly show the costs.
